I assume he was trying to choke the guy out (it was a little hard to tell), but if that is the case, he needs to work on his chokes. The guy was awake far longer than he should have been.

He just made it part of the show. The guy that got choked was loving every minute of it. I don't think he ever actually choked him or even tried to as you can see the guy keep pumping his fist in the air to the music the whole time.

One of the senior students at my BJJ school is a bodyguard for Tool. He spends half the year here in St. Louis and half the year with his company in LA. He apparently used to bodyguard for Madonna as well.
