My wife was awarded her level 1 in Tai Chi last week and my daughter is taking her test shortly. They've been training about 6 months and really enjoy it.

I'm well chuffed!!

Their school also did a "Tai Chi in the park" last weekend which was great.

Only drawback, as such, is that she'd supposed to be training for her shodan!! Nevermind. As long as she's happy.

Another thread mentioned tai chi releaving stress - well when they come home after training they are well calm!!

She loves it!

I'll watch her when she's unaware and I can see her doing the hand movements. In fact, I often catch myself doing the hand moves........

I watched the club owner do, I believe it was 101 movements. It was like watching flowing water!!! Astounding.

I was reading one of Jackie's tai chi mags the other day and I turned the pages and there you were!! Nice article.
