Got My Heavybag Set-Up And Started Some Drills If Anyone Here Boxes Try This
30 Seconds All Out Punching As Fast And As Hard As Possible
30 Seconds High Knee Jog In Place
30 Seconds Jumprope
Repeat 5 Times Less Or More Depending On Condition
instead of doing 5 reps of those drills, why not just up the time of them? Also, shadowboxing is a good warm up for bag drills.
That is just what Im doing now, I do many diffrent drills on the bag...
I do shadowboxing with weights before my roadwork, then heavybag jumprope, slip n ducks, mitts, etc.
Not including my conditioning routines
