Shot in the 70s by Sifu John Himes and Sifu Warren Obenland, these forms were shot to preserve the main forms of TCB Kung Fu. Last year I was given production rights to make a DVD and sell them at my discretion.
There are 18 forms on this video coming from different styles of kung fu.
Included are:
Tiger Crane from Koushu
Plum Flower from Choy Li Fut
Taming Tiger from Hung Gar
Lau Gar
Coiling Snake
Ling Po
Hon 2
Advanced Leapord and Crane Techniques
Tun da
Pai Lum
Basic Praying Mantis
Pa Chow
Walking Dragon
Pai Lim
Siu Lum Dao from Wing Chun Gung Fu
Chi Sau Movements from Wing Chun Gung Fu
Fukien White Crane
Fu Mei Darn Do (Tiger tail single saber)
These are incredibly beautiful traditional kung fu forms. TCB is a relativly soft style, but these forms can be adapted. This tape is a small library of adaptible forms from a few differant types of Chinese kung fu, but mainly Pai Lum Kung Fu. These tapes were originally done in 8mm film which means there is no explanation, just visual (kind of has the feel of an old kung fu movie). each tape is $12 plus $3 shipping. If you would like a copy or have any questions, please feel free to email me at jdiener@mbbc.edu.
