There are basically Muscle & Limb destructions.
Your teacher should teach you the proper usages and points to strike along with the Gunting.
You should use 'destructions' (I take this means joint/limb breaking, dislocations, etc.) when your life or someone else's is in danger and the person cannot be stopped or restrained in any other way.
I cannot think of any other acceptable situation.
This seems too vague a question to be answerable. You are not asking for a conceptual understanding (what are destructions), nor are you asking a specific question of a specific one. You seem to be asking to be taught martial arts.
I would have to suggest that this is a question you should be asking your instructor.

The only "destructions" I learned from my instructer were destructions of the hand and destructions of the kick. A destruction of the hand being like someone throws a stright jab and you catch iton the pointed end of your elbow, in a sense destructing the other persons hand. I compare it to punching the end of a pool cue. With the kick all I learned was checking a round kick with your shin which can be very painful for your opponent and yourself if you dont do it correctly. This is just what he called destructions, I am sure there are more.
