I want to thank Tony publicly for taking the time out of his busy day to come by and see me while I was TDY at Ft. Lewis last week.

I am very happy to have finally met Tony in person; as I suspected for a few years now, he is an outstanding person - intelligent, interesting, humble, great sense of humor.

Tony, thanks again for the gift. And as I told you Thursday night, I hope you can find some time to come down here for a few days, so I can take you fishing before you deploy again!

Thanks, Jeffro. I just wish you had more down time and/or you weren't staying so far (traffic + time) away from base. I seriously live less than 7 minutes from Dupont gate. Perhaps we can hook up and wet a line here when you visit again, providing I haven't found myself on a bird by then? I had the idea of taking you to my favorite steakhouse here, but time wasn't allowing it for either of us - next time! All that said, You're a lot bigger in person than your picture suggests. If you weren't so darn polite, you'd be a scary person. ;)
