I keep getting spam from a place I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their email list.

I even have copies of the emails I sent them requesting removal.

Im still getting spammed almost everyday.
Where do I take it from here?

Unfortunately, sending a spammer an email and asking that they remove you from their email list is the last thing you should do. Most will not do so and by sending them an email, you have just confirmed that your email is an active email. Because you have an confirmed email address, your email address becomes more valuable and you can now expect to find yourself on many more spam lists.

Your best bet is to get yourself a good spam filter. I use a product called Cloudmark Desktop. It is a very good and accurate anti-spam product. You can get info about them at http://www.cloudmark.com/desktop/

Is that compatible with Outlook Robert? I use McAfee spamfilter and everytime I try to use it to block something, it tells me it can't block messages from that account or something like that.

The junk mail feature inside of outlook is decent but some things still get through...

Yes, they have a version for both Outlook and Outlook Express. The downside is that it is a subscription based product (annual is cheapest), but it is the best product of its type I have found.

Jeff, is this coming to your hotmail address?

If so, send the headers of the email, your letters requesting off their email list, and anything else you can think of, to abuse@hotmail.com

Do the same thing for their webhosting company. this might take a bit of detective work, but its usually pretty effective if you can tell their webhost (NOT their "webmaster") that they are spamming.

Spammers arnt looked very highly upon by hosting companies.

Yeah its coming to my hotmail.
I have several emails I sent to them and myself asking to be removed.

Ill give this (abuse@hotmail.com) a try.

Thanks.
