Have to agree all wushu is suitable for women....
From what I have seen the learning curve in the beginning is much faster for women learning wushu.
I see there being 3 factors in wushu....skill, strength (not physical, but internal), and will...
Skill is broken down to 3 factors as well….
Speed….is how fast you can hit, execute a block, or apply a technique.
Technique….how well you can hit, block or apply something.
Balance (when to flow and when to go hard, yin yang), when to hit hard and when to hit soft…basically when and how to flow.
For men many of them try and muscle their way through techniques…while through brute strength they can sometimes make it work it is not correct. If the technique is supposed to not have strength, I have found that females grasp this concept correctly and practice the art the way it is supposed to be practiced. Thereby learning correctly the first time and not having to go back and correct bad habits later on.
invented various arts....mmmmmmmm dont know, maybe a lot
