My daughter goes to the Alabama School of Fine Arts. The theater teacher is looking for a Tai Chi teacher. Does anyone know of a good one in the Birmingham, AL area?

Thank you,

Patrick Baeder

You could possibly try John Bright-Fey, at the Blue Dragon school in Hoover. I've met the guy once, very nice. But I have no real idea as to the "quality" of instruction.

I've known Sifu Bright-Fey for 20 years or so. While I don't have a background in CMA, I've observed his classes and students enough to know that they move well and demonstrate what appears to be good form. John is a outstanding person and a true pleasure to be around. If you daughter visits, please have her give Sifu my regards.

New here, as you can tell by my number of posts. I have been reading the forums for awhile, and I am planning on stopping by the New Forest Way this very week. I will be sure to give everyone an update.
