Has anyone ever heard of soleus syndrome? I have suffered from it eversince I started jumping rope about two months ago and was just wandering if the pain in your soleus muscle will finally stop. Its been going on for a while and though the pain is less, it hasnt gone away completely, even after massages, rest and stretching. Can someone please enlighten me on if my soleus muscle will ever be strong enough to endure mild (about 15mins) rope jumping. If so how long do you think it will take? Thanks
