I am sure many have seen this, but it is still a good one.
Enjoy.

Awesome, Dennis. I had never seen that before. They have a level of smoothness I dream about!

Nice stuff.
Here's something interesting for you karate guys.
1st move from Naihanchin nidan (2) Correction Sandan (3)
2nd move (throw)- Gojushiho
3rd move - Passai sho & dai.
Choke from kneeling - Pinan Godan (5)
Just something I was able to pick up.

Very smooth. I wish I had their ability.
Oh yes, honestly that demo completely changed how I went about my own jiu-jitsu.
I keep that demo on my palm pilot and watch it during meetings. It is a good one.
Coming from someone who has never trained and know virtually nothing of jujitsu itself (much less BJJ) that video was awesome. Their moves were so fluid and inspiring to watch.
Sweet video. Everything they did was so fluid and seamless.

That's from Pride 5. I remember that. Awesome demo.

That is a great clip to show people what BJJ is, rather than trying to explain it. Most people either have no idea what it is, or they automatically think UFC/cage fighter/thug. The art really has alot to offer everyone, as long as it's taught properly.

I am glad everyone enjoyed it. I was actually with Cliff the first time I saw it.

I just bought a DVD with Pride 1-5 on it, so I was able to see the demo in high res for the first time. It is amazing to watch something I know to be so difficult being done so effortlessly.

Sounds romantic...
Ive always liked that demo a lot. The definition of fluidity and smoothness. Rickson and Royler did a demo a while back in France that was similar to this one. Its just as good IMO. Thanks for posting.
FunSPE
Man I just got done watching it again. Check out the way those guys move on the ground, it's like they are never quite touching it, almost like they are just an inch or so above the mat.

That's what always impressed me about the demo. They move on the ground better than I move on my feet.
