Having never been there, I can't comment on the instruction, but if i were you I would give it a try. They advertise quite a few things I would definitely want to check out.

Are there any good Kickboxing or Muay Thai gyms in Illinois, beside the one I put up?

I'm actually leaning more towards American Kickboxing. (above the waist only)

Well American Kickboxing or Kickboxing. (leg kick) But I want to that, maybe Muay Thai, but I'm looking more into Kickboxing. Does anyone know any good schools/gyms?

personally, no. if you save yp some money come to thailand to a muay thai camp youll be taught first hand, without the muay thai being watered-down. its like 12,000 bacht per month[maybe about 300 american dollars??] to be in the camp but it has its own gyms, great trainers, socializing, space..anything you need to master muay thai.
