Anyone know anything about these guys? I just got an e-mail because of one of the newletters I subscribe to. Seems interesting... The BJJ instructor looks pretty legit but I can't tell anything about the MT, Boxing or MMA guy as i don't know any of the people they are referring to! LOL

Thanks!

Jason

One of the Akayama Ryu students in Birmingham has trained with Frank James and thinks very highly of him.

Tim Credeur is really good, I don't know about the other guys.

You gonna be a cage fighter Jason? :)

Nope, just curious! I thought about training BJJ with the guy we discussed before via PM but the prices they were charging were out of this world. I am taking my first Shotokan class tonight and am planning on trying the LSU Judo club this week also. If that works out, I can take each one twice per week which will compliment the rest of my workout schedule nicely. Assuming my shoulder, wrists, ankles, and elbows hold out; this is probably what I will do.

Now that I saw this place, I may drive over one night and observe the Gi BJJ and MT classes for some comparison. I honestly have never witnessed either one before in a class setting am curious to see how things are run...

So, long story short, don't look for me on the MMA circuit anytime soon or actually, ever...
