Toshitsugu Takamatsu

Hi everyone. I'd like to learn about Takamatsu Sensei's life. I've heard a few of the anecdotes...Fended off 60 bandits, plucked an attacker's eye out... but i'm curious to learn more about him. The impression I have is of maybe the last man to use his skills in dangerous situations on a seemingly regular basis.

The Genbukan main page has the basic background of Takamatsu in their "masters" section. Seems mostly factually based rather than from anecdotes.

Most of Hatsimi's books have an incert of two about him. "Essence of Ninjutsu" has some good information.

There is also a DVD by Hatsumi, i think the name of it is "The Last Ninja", is really good, Hatsumi talks a lot about his isntructor and close friend.
