Go to their website - www.rtschool.it
I don't read whatever language it's in (Italian?),but from what I can see it is a modern "hybrid" style from one man's experience in Wado Ryu, boxing, Kung Fu, Thai Boxing, kickboxing, Capoeria, Jeet Kune Do, and shootfighting.
Hope that helps and someone please correct me if/where I'm wrong.

It looks to have a lot of Wing Chun elements.

The website mentions Chuan Shu Long (Dragon Fist Style)
and Tang Lang (Praying Mantis).
Combining praying mantis with other styles is like having 31 flavors, and throwing 5 more in just for good measure.

First link seems to be dead.
Second one sort of looks like Chi Suao (sp) (Wing chun)
Third one made me think of an Indonesan Art, or maybe it was the Capoera influence.
Last one looks like Chi na or jujutsu ish.
Cheers

If it's Wing Chun, it's certainly different from what I do.
One of the key elements of Wing Chun (as I've learned it in my admittedly brief time studying) is to 'stick' to your opponent. Meaning that once you make initial bridge contact you maintain that contact. He's not controlling his opponent's arms enough.
I'd expect to see him making more simultaneous forward blocks while striking, shifting his arms to control his opponent as he strikes. Something I'm not good enough at myself :D , but if he's the head instructor one assumes he's demonstrating the technique correctly.
It could be taking Wing Chun elements...but I wouldn't call it Wing Chun since it seems to ignore such a fundamental concept.
EDIT: In one of the later clips, he also blocks a kick with his hands. At least in Augustine Fong's system, we generally block kicks with our legs (unless we're up against someone with a different style who kicks real high).
