Hi people

i recently watch a tv program called mind,body and kick *** moves which i found quite interesting, especially when chris spoke to masaaki hatsumi.
my case in point is what did you guys who have seen it think of it.

These look like really good segments, all the ones available on youtube.com. So much so, in fact, that after viewing all the ones available on the internet I purchased the DVD via eBay and am currently awaiting its delivery to my mailbox. Goes to show not all illegal dissemination of copyrighted works is for naught, as I had not even heard of it hours before seeing the footage uploaded to youtube.

A very good show, Chris Crudelli also did a follow up program called Mind Body and Kick-*** Miracles which looks more into the 'mystical' side of martial arts. If you enjoyed the first have a look at his second series .

It was ok, some of the footage shown was good, others were a big dodgy, but the main annoyance was Chris Crudelli interrupting the footage every so often to show off his chi powers :rolleyes2

Thany you very much to all the people who posted clips of the programs, so that others could enjoy them, i hope it encourages some of you to go and buy the dvd, as i found it very informative and enjoyable to watch and i hope that you guys will enjoy them as well.
