I bought a TKO Professional Heavy Bag Wall Mount about a year ago and recently a piece broke off. I emailed the company and asked for a replacement part. They sent me a PDF of the assembly instructions and told me to tell them what part is was and to include my address. They mailed the part today, no questions asked. It's good to find companies that will stand by their products.
