As a newly minted squad leader it is my turn to set the training for September.
So, of course, it's going to be more empty hand oriented. Which, I feel, we don't spend enough time on.
First order of business is getting everyone out of their comfort zone. :up:
I'm also going to see who, cardio wise, can keep up with me in a little routine I picked up at BJJ. ;)

High gear here I come.

So what is it? I would be VERY interested in finding out how this goes re: empty hand versus weapon dependence.

Thanks for the link Tony. As I get older I take more and more joy in giving hell to those younger guys :) One of the few benefits of age I guess.
