My names Mike Hamer. I've been training in Aikido for 4 and a half months now, and I love it. My Dojo affiliation is Shinki Rengo, whose main headquarters are in Germany. The dojo I practice in is here in Michigan though. http://www.shinki-aikido.com/

Any other Michigan Aikidoka out there?:cool:

When I was a young man, I trained in the then Yoshinkai Aikido of Kushida Sensei, when he taught at a dojo in Detroit.

Did one year at Central Michigan (68-69).
Lived in CA for over 30 years and studied Tenshinkai Aikido for 11.
Now in GA.
