I have found two classes that are available around me.

One is called-"The Long Yang Style"
The other is called-"18 buddha hands style"..

It doesn't say anything about the differences,.. does anyone know the differences between the two?
I'm under the impression that the "long" style is 100 or so moves,.while the buddha is 18,...but other than that??

The 18 Buddha Hands is the Lohan Gong, said to have been created by bodhidharma himself and is supposed to be the first excercise routine created at Shaolin. The excercises are very simple, breathing combined with chi gathering movements.

I believe that when you say the Long Yang Style, you are actually referring to Yang Style Tai Chi, which is more than just Qi Gong, and will most likely include the Lohan Gong somewhere in the curriculum, I know we do at my school.
