Hello, I was just wondering how the posters sharpen their knives.

I use combination of diamond steel sharpeners from DMT and a ceramic rod, last week though I tried a Japanese Waterstone and got better results.

I use Arkansas soft and hard stones, then depending on the knife's intended function and blade thickness I sometimes finish it off with a small ceramic stone.
