I know I'm old and grey but I do believe thar actual "Yellow Pages" books still exist and you can make notes in the margins.....:wink2:

William asked all the right questions and Chris gave you a way to answer question #3. Could you elaborate on your original question so we could perhaps help you. Also if you would tell us where in Ohio you are perhaps someone could steer you towards an instructor. There are some posters here on the site who live in Ohio.

Why do you need to know how to fight? Is it a bad neighborhood, or what?
Let's hope you won't learn for the bad; we had a couple of bad apples in our area.

You mean like a proffessional MA feild? I don't think unis teach MA. Maybe you could get a PhD in philosophy or physiology?
