I wonder if they learn what to do when performing a demonstration. How to fall and when to stand still and such. This stuff is always good for a laugh.

:D Chuck Norris could do that with one...chi 'ball' tied behind his back.

That is fantastic...the British have a great sense of humor. Most of that series, Mind Body and Kick *** moves, on martial arts is pretty well done I thought.

After watching this again, his Kiai yells are quite impressive...I wonder how it would work if that guy went Steve Irwin...and tried that stuff on animals in the wild. I bet it would scare a few animals, like a Kodiak bear right before it ripped his face off.
