Does anyone know of krav maga schools in NYC, I want to try it out and want find a good school.

I just did a trial class at the Krav Maga Federation and am going to sign up. I think it will be a good compliment to my TKD and Hapkido. All about aggressive forward action and ending a confrontation as quickly as possible, doing the most damage as rapidly as you can.

The first technique we did was breaking a bearhug into a clench, followed by several knee strikes in succession to the groin, then a knee break followed by a bite of the attacker's neck! The warmup was intense, but differently so from the stretching and cardio my TKD school does. The instructor is supposedly the highest ranked Krav Maga instructor outside of Israel and he was very tough and motivating. He kept yelling at me: "You're not doing karate here!"
