Long time...

It has been a long time, my fellow practitioners. It has been many months and hundreds of multiple-hour training sessions since I was last here. My training has been greatly increased for the betterment of my temperament and maturity. (Plus my high kicks are truly that now. Most of them. :p ) I have been competing much more and enjoying my ITF training. I've also been reading up on a lot of the overall history of our beautiful art.

Hope to talk to you all much more in the coming months.
