Osu,
i put a few videos of Sanchin, Shisochin, Sanseru, and Sepai on my site. I also put up a few bunkai for each kata.
Scroll down about half way on the page.

Great site and put up more please. There was a german site a couple of years ago that Shotokan mpg's of all katas. Is this site still up?
In reply to message about German Shotokan Kata video's:
This website is still available at karatehusovice.borec.cz
Hi Goju. I've been to your site several times and it's very nice. Keep up the good work!
It`s really weird but really cool watching those kata vids because I take Goju Ryu Karate and I know some of those katas but there a bit different in some parts. I`ve noticed kata`s even from other schools around where I live being the same ones I know but a bit different. It`s still just strange seeing them though....
I found those katas and bunkai very interesting. Its nice to view videos of forms from different styles.
But, that person performing them sounded like he was screaming a$$ when he used his kiai.

Hi guys,
This is a response to the mpeg online kata queries.
another cool site for kata bunkai and other karate videos online is www.karatevideolessons.com (http://www.karatevideolessons.com) and www.appliedzen.com (http://www.appliedzen.com)
Hope this helps.

Haven't checked out the clips yet but will do so as soon as I get back to the office. This client's internet is not of the speediest.
I am also a Goju Ryu student. Have been since 1993. I have noticed how many variations there are in the Goju styles when I compete at the all styles competitions. Scary actually.
But thanks for the links. The site listed in the first post has the same lineage as my style but I will see if the kata and bunkai are the same.
It is really a shame that Competition Styles like Karate Zen don't practice Bunkai anymore. I mean that is where the hidden and power techniques of Goju are the most "visible". Now they are just dancing around with no idea of what the Kata's mean anymore.
That would be the Karate Zen of South Africa that is. Don't know if the global Karate Zen organizations have gone the same route.
