You should look into search engine optimization - when the text is in images like you have it google can't spider (or "search") it and include it in it's search engine.

No probs - been doing graphic design & websites for over a decade - if you need any help lemme know.

It looks like just the index is a big image, the rest of the pages have actual text on them.
