I was pleased to see the FNH SLP thought so highly of. I really love that shotgun.
As for the rest, I thought it was interesting and you guys might enjoy it.

Sig P250, interesting choice, anyone shoot one yet? Any experience?

I shot the 250 today. It shot well but I have two issues with it. One, while the grip fit my hand very well the front part of the magazine well is cut about a quarter to three eighth of an inch shorter than the backstrap. That gets filled by the magazine butt plate when in the weapon. No problem if you have small hands but if you have larger hands I foresee alot of pinched skin when reloading. My hand just made it. Two, this particular pistol was DAO and the pull was long and hard. While I didn't have a scale I guesstimated it to be at about 10 lbs every time I pulled the trigger. Too much, imo.
I don't see Sig breaking any selling records with it.
Tony, thanks for the update. I googled a few reviews of the P250, and for the most part they all said the trigger had a long pull, but that it wasn't a hard or strong pull.
Unfortunately some of these articles also made mention of the quality coming out of the USA manufacturing facility isn't as good as the Sig name inspires.
I'm thinking of a new handgun, and am considering a XD plus others, and I've always liked my brother's Sig 226, so I wondered if the 250 was as good.
Thanks for posting that. Glad to see my XD did well this year :). I really like that set of pistols.
