If anyone here is very familiar with the various styles of Bagua (Gao, Yin, Ching, etc.) or Hsing-I (Sun, Honan, ShanXi, Etc.), please advise which styles do not use a lot of low stances/movements. Thanks!

None of them go really low... aka Chang Quan low & long. They all have low movement & postures at times, but not as standard.

They all have very low stances but do not use them constantly. Many have training methods with very low stances, too, but not all people are required to (or can) do them.

Actually the basic movements, the five fists of Hsing I dont use low stance, but some of the later forms and elements do..still u can do everything without going really low, even some of the movements wont be as effective as If using the spiralling movements involved in goin`down an`up
best
