Those of you who have been lucky enough to watch Fat Head (http://www.amazon.com/Fat-Head-Tom-Naughton/dp/B001NRY6R2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1274890683&sr=8-1) know what I am talking about re: CSPI.
Calories, Fat, and Sodium in Some Restaurant Meals Exceed Healthy Daily Limits
Except that there is no Healthy Daily Limit set for Calories, Fat and Sodium, not if you actually read the literature.
If you eat foods low in carbohydrate, you don't have to worry about calories, fat or sodium, for reasons I have mentioned elsewhere. Unless it is, of course, trans fat, which CSPI is originally responsible for forcing restaurants to switch to using instead of healthy saturated fats for frying...
But, since CSPI is a thinly-disguised front for vegetarianism, anyway, it makes sense that they would point the finger away from carbohydrates and their villainy.
