Changing my avatar

I must be a moron or something (please don't agree too quickly) but I can't seem to figure out how to change my avatar picture.

How do we do this now? The SW has changed since last time I did this and I just can't figure it out. Duh... :confused:

Aren't you a software engineer? ;)

Click on Settings in the upper right-hand corner. Then click on Edit Avatar in the 2nd left column (Edit Settings). Make sure that you click "User custom avatar" and then upload using one of the two methods available.
