I don't trust fellow shooters enough to even remotely try most of that. Accidental shooting waiting to happen.

I was thinking they were using blanks (misled by the orange mags) until I saw and heard the impacts... Yikes! What kind of insurance does this guy have?

Please sign this indemnity form;
I acknowledge that handling and discharging firearms is a risky activity and that if an accident occurs I shall not blame my instructor or the organisation, no matter how dumb or irresponsible it has been. Other people get killed in accidents all the time, so of course it won't happen to me.

Basics should be priority number one, not flash.
For example, watch the break-fall from 5:00 to 5:20, and whether he slaps on landing to absorb the force or not. That would be a pretty basic thing to have shown him before you go slinging guns around...

I'm fond of the "Trust your partner" section.
you simply DO NOT stand next to a target someone is shooting at. Trust? Sure. i trust you to grab me a beer, but I'm not standing next to a target you're shooting at.
AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! What is wrong with people?!
And people sign up for this class?

There's a story of Margaret Thatcher standing in a training room with an aide to be on the receiving end of an SAS exercise so she could see what it's like. The SAS guys charged in, used whatever gear they had (flashbangs and whatnot), shot up all the targets, and the aide ducked down and hid.

According to the story, Thatcher told him something like "oh, do get up, you fool!"
