Just my humble opinion, but don't you think that 30+ weapons are a bit much?

After all, realistically, how many can you expect to truly master in the course of a lifetime? Even if they are similar (bo and jo as an example) there are enough differences that you can't immediately switch over.

What are the weapons in your style?

Daito.shoto,daisho,tanto,ninjato,trowingstar rubber,
throwing knives, three kinds of throwing darts,
yari,naginata,bostaf,jostaf,hanbo,kalisticks,tantb o,
manrikegusari,gusarifundo,kaginawa,gusarikama,
kyokestushoge,sai,jutte,tonfa,nunchacko,three section nunchacko/short three section staf,ironfan,varja,
chinese ironring

the wepons mentioned above are the
weopons that we train with but there is more wepon in
the style.

why so meny wepons
the ninjas trained meny wepons because
they had to have diffrent wepons
deppendin on what assignment they were on.

the style that i train and instrukt has keeped meny of the
original ninja wepons

but some of the original ninja wepons are chaged
against wepons who comes from okinawa, wepons who comes from the filippines.

if you reach a very high level in the style that i train
then you have to be good in meny wepons
and you have to master your favorite wepons

and i don't think that's to much to ask if you
want to reach a very high level in this style
but it's a very big challenge
and if you reach a high level
in the style that i train you will
get a higher self confidense.

Well, sensei Staffan S.,

as a teacher / leader you must instruct your students on proper decorum...please follow the rules you agreed to by giving us your full last name, not just an initial, hmmm?

Would you share with us where you train / teach and who your teacher is?

Thanks so much,
