Something kinda cool for Goju ryu folks

Forgive me if you've seen this or if it's old news, but I found something kinda cool. Basically the links on this page show little animations of each kata. Cool for a quick reference or just entertainment.

Interesting use of media.....not a nice slick .mpeg file, but I still enjoyed it. I wish I could slow it down a bit, as some of the moves are a variation on what I have been taught.

Yeah the Sanchin is way different than what I was taught. But it's cool for like a quick reference or just to look at.

I'm sure there's some kind of video editing software you could use...

Just sad that you can not see what the guy is doing when his back is turned on you. Knowing the kata's I know what he is doing but what about the other people?
