Do you guys know anything about Matt Furey (http://www.mattfurey.com/)? Is his Combat Conditioning and Gama Fitness program legit? It is just too expensive to get and not have a money back gaurantee if it is a load of crap. Please respond if you have his videos and can comment on how it has worked for you. Thanks!

Do a search next time, this subject's been brought up before. If you can find it, many people on that thread give opinions on it.

Wow, you really feel this way? What's so bad about it? I haven't tried it nor even looked at what he's preaching because I feel it's too expensive myself.

Greetings,

I own Matt Furey’s Combat Conditioning and Stretching series. The information in these tapes are genuine and effective. I have since lost 60lbs and am now at the age of 34 in the best condition of my life. His not B.S. approach is also refreshing.

I recommend his Combat Conditioning book to start. It is only about $30.00, work the exercises, and see for yourself. It worked for me.
