greetings.
The only CMA style i found that is referenced to be teaching this techniuqe is the Fan Tzi System. A book I found in Shanghai on the style demonstrates it specifically. The only difference I can say from visual is that it uses the arm extended (long arm ). The striking bag is on a stool at chest height.
haven't translated it yet so have no specific information besides what I saw visually.

My teacher doesn't allow anyone to train Red Sand Palm, and explains that Iron Palm training is no longer necessary and destroys the nervous system in your hand. Now it is only ever trained to satisfy one's ego.
It was trained when hand-to-hand combat was a matter of life and death. Often, a person who trains it ends up with hands that shake and don't work well.

Hi, I think I got my full name in there now...
Yes, I study w Master Yang in Boston and came to work for him after reading the Muscle/Tendon Changing, Brain/Marrow Washing Qigong book. I'm mainly interested in Qigong & Healing. A disciple of Master Yang works with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Tuft NE with cancer patients and people with other diseases/issues and I work a lot with him as well. thanks

I have studied the red sand palm and there is more restraint required than any of you can imagion. More are healed by this technique than are destroyed.
