Hiya. This may sound like a diet posts at first. But please read on =)
Im Gordon, 16 Years old, weigh 150 and 5'7......
My story is that 5 months ago I use to be 188 lbs, and really fat. I got my act to gether and ate healthy and ran everyday. After sheeding my pounds a month ago I realized I had no muscle ( even tho I still have a gut and man breasts but I dont know why the fat there diddnt shed ) So I started lifting and eating A LOT ( not all good food, lotsa sandwhiches and chinese food since my family is chinese)

I lift 4 days a week, I cut cardio out as some people tell me that im still 16 and I dont need cardio yet since my metabolism can burn it. But I want to take up something else - Muay Thai. I want to take it as a class to get fit but also as a self defense class. The problem is I dont know where there is one around my area.... Does anyone know a good site to search for a directory for it? Or any clues on where to find one? I am live in San Ramon, CA.... ( Contra Costa County.) Thanks!

Might be stating the obvious, but have you tried the phone book?

Are there any martial arts supply shops in your city, they'd probably be able to help you as well.

Could try University gym, community centers, YMCA's, City's recreation department, etc.

Oh, and please sign your real full name in all your posts as per forum rules, you can use the User CP to add it as your signature to make things easier ;)

good luck, if you can't find muay thai, try grappling stuff like brazilian jujitsu that is great too in lots of areas, or CAN be
