I have never heard of this supposed type of Judo, anyone else have a clue? Personally, I thought the question was kinda funny. :D

Well, it obviously sounds like it would be more koryu and true to Kano's budo ideals than all that namby-pamby sport Judo nonsense.

I have an idea of what it is, but I think that due to the "rated G" nature of this board such choice words are inappropriate. :o

Ok ...lesseee it's $@#%ty. I mean, why would one use the term BUDOKAN where clearly the BUDOKAN in Japan supports the KODOKAN which does the JUDO they are referring to? That is to say, the BUDOKAN does KODOKAN JUDO! BTW, there is such a thing as the Yokkaichi Budokan (about 15 minutes from me) does it Judo too, they call it Kodokan Judo to boot.
