Probably your best resource on Tae Kyun in Grandmaster Kim Pyung Soo in Houston, Texas. He was neighbors with Song Duk Ki in Korea during the 1960's and was a student of his for awhile. Grandmaster Kim Soo immigrated to the US in 1968.

Here are a few articles about Tae Kyun, Song Duk Ki, and Grandmaster Kim Soo.

Mr. McIain,

Thanks very much for posting the Tae Kyon resource.

There hasn't really been anything new published in English that I know of since Robert Young essays/articles in the Journal of Asian Martial Arts and Karate/Kung Fu Illustrated, that I know of. I was ready to see the same old stuff, but those pictures on the first site were wonderful!

Thanks,
