Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to pass on a great site I found today. www.KarateVideoLessons.com and www.AppliedZen.com. The first has downloadable videos on training karate in Japan and a black belt test there. In addition they have alot of advanced and basic kata downloads that go through the bunkai and the kata slowly. They have some really cool free videos. Also the second site has zen and corporate teambuilding seminars for business. GREAT IDEA. Wish I thought of that! I am looking for more sites like this to expand my knowledge. If anyone knows of other sites like this please let me know.
