JJJ or Judo?

If you were to pick between JJJ or Judo to compliment your BJJ, which would you choose? and why?

Depends on your goals.

Just for personal enjoyment then either one.

For BJJ tournaments I say Judo because they train full speed specifically for tournaments.

For self defense I say JJJ but it depends on the school. Some are abosolutely horrible and do no full speed training at all. So if you can find good JJJ then it's worth it.

If you plan on entering the UFC then find yourself a good kickboxing school to go with that BJJ.
