"Koga Ryu Ninjutsu Karate"???? That is a new one on me. Gee I wonder where he got his 10th dan in Shotokan from? It's bad enough when people make up their own styles and are 10th dans, but at least it's their own style. Claiming a 10th dan in a recognized style is beyond silly.

Thats fine... people need to exercise. I would recommend tae bo for fitness... But, I would never recommend tae bo for self defense.

That is easily the WORSE website I have ever seen. The BS on the site is even worse. My condolences to the good people of Fife, Washington.

As far as the Tae Bo name, yep, he can get in a world of doodoo for that. Billy Blanks I am sure would love to have a "chat" with him. ;)
