recently i have started to Questuion my MA but i started to look around at other schools and some of them have a little higher aggression lvl and it seems that they can make it work, i think my school can teach the moves and techniques but there is a lot of passive aggressive instructors.

i was wondering how your schools teach you and how you mold TKD into a more usable form of street defense?

how you train

how is your sparring

Eh...like most of your posts, this one is a little convoluted and difficult to follow. I'm not sure what you want here...but I will try to take a stab. Where I train, we train hard and we spar hard. We practice self defense. The intensity ranges from low to high, depending on the day and the individual. It is my belief that what you get out of a class and or a style, is what you put in to it. As made in a previous post...TKD is a sport and MA...as a practicioner, it is really up to you to determine the difference. If you feel that you class is too laid back...try personally taking yourself up a notch..work harder, it will probably make others work harder as well (especially when your sparring!) If that doesnt seem to help, consider a school and or art that you feel is more appropriate for your expectations. There are some pretty hard core schools and people out there, im sure you will find something that fits you. peace
