Hi everyone :)
Around where I train there have recently been a few ninjutsu (I think all bujinkan, some may possibly be Genbukan, others didn't specify one way or the other) clubs being started up. I came across one flyer advertising a club that had written on it
"Change your life in 30 days"
............
Now to me it seems somewhat presumptuous to actually have that on a flyer advertising anything. It kinda reminds me of those cheesy ads you see on tv advertising a product of some description "Buy the new AB-ROLLER today and if it doesn't give you solid steel muscles within 30 days you can have your money back"
I'm not trying to be disrespectful to what they do, but what I would like to know is what do you guys think about it? We all know certain styles do not suit certain people and all that jazz so should flyers advertising clubs really include such bold statements?
