I noticed the Yoga thread on Health and Fitness and it prompted me to post that Gaiam.com in its outlet store is apparently trying to sell off its stock of VCR Exercise Tapes and switch to DVDs so you can get some good deals. For anyone interested in Yoga or Pilates its worth checking out at:Gaiam.com (http://gaiam.com)
I don't know much about Yoga but, my Dr. recently recommended that I start doing the AM/PM yoga tapes to help with sleep problem I'm having. I've been doing them for a couple weeks now.
