Shinkage ryu, Shingyoto-ryu, TSKSR, Niten Ichi Ryo Hyoho. Good luck.

Does it have to be a Japanese sword art?

kali is a good one to start with.

Kendo, but you'll have to clock in a few years of single sword work before moving onto two swords.

All the ones David mentioned are primarily single-sword schools with some two sword work.

Kali/escrima is the only one that will get you going on two swords fairly quickly, but it's not really swords - more long knives or sticks.

Some of the reconstruction western fencing groups do a sword and dagger type thing.
