Hi,
Has anyone here ordered tapes through Cliff Stewart's website? I ordered one in June of 2004 and paid using PayPal. I still haven't received the tape and they have never responded to my many emails. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, I find myself in the same predicament as trident100. I am a student of various Silat styles for 15 years and am very interested in Cliff Stewarts approach.

However Only one e-mail reply from Cliff promising to ship purchased videos after my many attempts to contact anyone at his business and 2 1/2 months later .. still no videos.

The money was quickly collected by the business but no simple way to get a response from anyone at the business.
Has anyone had success in receiving their purchsed products from Cliff Stewart?

OK, I just ordered a set after seeing Datu Sarjeant's post in another thread. Now you guys are making me nervous! Of course, I can always challenge it with my CC company due to non-shipping in 30 days so it won't cost me any money.

Apparently, I was confused about who sold which videos. What I ordered were the tapes on Wali Sango not WAR. I had an email from David at Reel Video this morning and my vids shipped about three days after ordering. Just waiting for them to cross the Big Lake.

I will add my experience of ordering videos from Cliff's website, never receiving anything, and barely receiving a response to inquiries about the non-delivery (fortunately, I did get a refund with PayPal). I've read very positive things about Mr. Stewart, and I'm sure that they are true; the lone exception is in this area of not processing video orders received from his website.

The only reason I ordered directly from him after having read the messages in this thread is because Cliff is apparently the only source for the Close Quarter Defense #3 and Unarmed Hostage Retrieval #3 from the second series of W.A.R. videos (i.e., the elite series). I have all of the other videos in the first and second series of W.A.R. tapes, but cannot find these two from the elite series anywhere. CFW Enterprises (who was the primary distributor for Unique Publications Videos) has been bought out and even iiSports (the main distributor for Unique videos) doesn't have these two videos for sale any more.

It's really disappointing because I love the work Cliff does and would like to have a complete series of the videos. I've Googled and searched until I don't know where else to look for them. If anyone has advice or a source, please let me know.

If anyone has or is having problems with tapes from Maha Guru contact me privately. I will personally contact him.

I am awaiting some confirmation about some people actually receiving their tapes, plus refunds and still posting here as if they havent received anything.
