But, I had to move for a new job last year into an area where there isn't a traditional dojo. It looks like I'm going to have to teach to continue training at the level that I desire, and I have adequate space at home, but don't want the liability concerns. Can anyone give me an idea of the type of arrangements that are common when dealing with a fitness center?
