    Apologies if this has been covered before in this forum but anyway...

    I can't do pressups but I want to, any suggestions.

    There's a theory of training that I've worked with over the past year referred to as "greasing the groove" that may help you (cheers, Pavel). It helped a ton with me and weighted pullups.

    Find out how many pushups you can do. (If none, start on the knees. If none then, start on the knees and more of an incline where the body is at a 45 degree upwards, head up) Each hour that you have free time to yourself, do one set of 3-5 pushups. Just one set. Do this throughout the day. (Commercial breaks during the Celtic match is great ) Once a week, get down and see where your progress is.
