"Kid" versus "The Fireball Kid"
I'm surprised no on here imagined this matchup.
Takanori "The Fireball Kid" Gomi - The current pride champion.
versus
Norifumi "Kid" Yamamoto - The current K-1 Hero's champion.
Both are in the same weight class (Gomi has a few pounds on Yamamoto), and both possess an excellent striking and submission game. Who would come out on top and why?
My money is again on Yamamoto.

I picked Gomi, but I think this could go either way. They are pretty much the two best lightweights around right now, and they've both had excellen years. This is a match-up I would really like so see (preferrably in Pride Bushido, since K-1 is getting increasingly hard to get here).

I'd go with gomi, I think it'd be a great match, but see Gomi winning wiht his striking abilities, although i give the KO power and wreslting to kid. I wouldn't rate kid second either I'd put him behind Azeredo, Mach, Pulver, Hansen, and maybe yves edwards and josh thompsen
